Katherine L. Cecil

Katherine L. “Katy” Cecil, 81, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away on May 6, 2020. Katy was a very accomplished woman; she was a Nurse that not only took care of her patients but was a teacher and mentor to others in the medical profession. Katy will be remembered as a very competent and good nurse, she was also a good person that gave generously to those she cared about and to her church.  She had a God given gift to see things and appreciate their beauty and understand them, where most could or would not see what she had the ability and gift to see and comprehend. While she loved the nursing profession, she had but one great love and enjoyment and that was to travel, katy was a world traveler and loved every trip and excursion that she had.  Sadly, Katy will be missed by those who cared about and for her, however, her final trip that she has now entered will be someday end with a reunion.
