Katheryn Havens Ball

After gracing this earth for over 95 years, KatherynHavens Ball left us on January 12, 2017.

Katheryn was born on August 24, 1921 to Russell andDella Segner Havens. She met John M.Ball and married him on June 21, 1944. They had two sons and 39 wonderful years together. They were together until John’s death in1983.

Katheryn made a beautiful home for her husband andchildren. They enjoyed going for Sundayrides that led to afternoons of fishing. She also enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. She appreciated visits with Monsignor Sellsfrom the Anderson Catholic Community. Hewould bring her communion on Saturdays.

Left to cherish Katheryn’smemory are her sons, Jerry M. Ball and David M. Ball; grandchildren, Jennifer (Mac)White, John M. Ball, David J. Ball, and Amanda M. Noble; hergreat-granddaughters that she dearly loved, Mariah Ball, Zoey White, and ElenaMay Noble; and nieces and nephews.

Preceding Katheryn indeath are her husband, John; her parents; brother, Bill Havens; sister, HelenHavens Sonoff; sister, Geraldine Havens; and daughter-in-law, Becky Ball.

Services will be at LegacyCremation & Funeral Services on Friday, January 20 at 12:00 noon withMonsignor Sells presiding. Visitation isone hour prior.

Katheryn lived a good,long life and will be deeply missed.
