Mr. Kevin Stewart Smith

Kevin Stewart Smith, age 57, of Indianapolis, IN died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.  He was a native of Indianapolis, born on October 11, 1963.

He graduated from Scecina High School with the Class of 1982 and then went on to study cosmetology.  He was a cosmetologist for over 35 years, for the last 22 years at Bella Donna Hair Salon in Broad Ripple.

He is survived by his companion of 25 years, Dallas Cundiff; parents, Ronald and Nancy Smith of Hudson, FL; sisters, Rhonda White and Andrea (Sean) Ritzi; stepdaughters, Ashley and Lindsey Cundiff; nieces and nephews, Haley Bockelman, Jesse Rae Dunham, Kara Ritzi, Charles Joseph “CJ” Ritzi and Eric (Michelle) Walden, one grandson and great-niece, Kalia Fox.

A celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 27 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service taking place at 7:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence.  Memorials in memory of Kevin can be made to Riley Hospital for Children.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.  In honor of Kevin’s love for the Indianapolis Colts, attendees are encouraged to wear Colts Clothing or his favorite color, purple.
