Remembering my father, a man whose presence in my life was often distant, but whose influence, both positive and negative, shaped me in many ways I'm still learning to understand. My fondest memories are when he taught me to fish, and while he wasn't always easy to be around, I learned a few lessons about myself while I was with him. I've held onto some hurt and anger for a long time, but today, I choose to release it and find a place of peace. I would like to Thank you Dad, for the journey we did share, for the lessons you taught me, and for the unique place you'll always hold in my heart.
