Larry D. Brown, Sr. (Booge), 77, went to meet his maker while at his daughter’s home on November 30, 2017 after a brief illness. He was born on May 25, 1940 in Perkinsville, Indiana to Wilbur and Helen (Goens) Brown.
Larry worked at Emge, Elsa, and Red Gold. He enjoyed fishing, collecting model cars, his cat Tipper, and making people laugh.
Surviving family includes his daughter, Tina Brown and her children, Craig Wilson, Joey Landaker, and Mariah (Donny) Steger; daughter, Lorrie (Brian) Smith; son, Larry (Aimee) Brown, Jr.; stepchildren, Patty Graham, Pam (Dave) Platts, Jim Harvey, and Tim Harvey; ten additional grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Wilber (Sheila) Brown; sister, Sharon Nyoka (Jessie) Greene; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal (Richardson) Brown; parents, Wilber and Helen Brown; sister, Mary Harrington; and brother, Rodney Brown.

Visitation is Monday, December 4, at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services from 12:30 to 1:30 PM. The service is at 1:30. Burial will immediately follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
