Lawrence Edward Zimmerman

Lawrence Edward Zimmerman, born June 23, 1953, died on September 17, 2020. My dad will be truly missed. He just wasn’t my dad, he was my biggest supporter and best friend. He was my hero and my role model. He had a heart bigger than gold who loved his kids and grandchildren more than life itself. Sadly after a hard battle of cirrhosis of the liver, he passed into the loving arms of Jesus and his daughter, Adrienne, on September 17, 2020. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Deb; his children, Zachariah Zimmerman (Jaime), Lauren Chappell (Patrick), Alexandra Hinton (Chris); his grandchildren, Brady, Jaremey, Sylvia, Brooks, Grayson, Kennedy and Baby Hinton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Nina Zimmerman; his brother, David; and his beautiful daughter, Adrienne Zimmerman.
Visitation will be from 12pm to 1pm on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to start at 1pm. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
