Lenette Roberts

December 30, 1952 — January 6, 2020

Anderson, IN

Gypsy soul. Devoted Mother, Daughter, Sister & Friend. Sparkling Heart.

Lenette Sue Roberts Collier passed on to join her heavenly Father in paradise on Monday, January 6, 2020. Lenette was born in Noblesville Indiana but her free spirit took her many places to live during her rich life. She blessed everyone she met with her golden heart & thoughtful words of wisdom.

She is survived by her only daughter, Erron Star (Jake) Depew, her mother, Phyllis Burtron, her 3 sisters, Peggy (Gabe) Shook, Lisa (John) Moreland, Lynn (Rick) Fields and an extended beloved family in Indiana and beyond.

Lenette, AKA, Nettie, Netta, Susie, was a woman who Loved ALL things deeply. She accomplished many years in the accounting field in car businesses. She was a TRUE lover of cleaning. Her language of love was to make your home shine and get your laundry folded with love and care for you to enjoy. Her journey in life took her through 49 moves, making Heaven her 50th and final stop.

She was loved by many and she loved and married in her life. This was a woman with deep layers of love and soul. She has left an impact on each and every person she befriended, took into her house, worked with, shared a smile or simply passed by on the street.

Lenette’s battle with cancer began in 1999. She was a warrior for 21 years on the Breast Cancer Roller Coaster. Lenette was inspired by other cancer survivors and she was an inspiration for us all to fight. She will not be defined by her disease, but we will take inspiration from her strength and desire to live a full life.

Celebration of Life will be held in February for her family & friends.

Details will be published on Social Media.
