Lloyd Wayne Hicks Jr

Lloyd Wayne Hicks Jr born December 25, 1944 passed on January 15, 2020.

Lloyd grew up living in Mitchell, Indiana.

He was married to Donna P. (Wright) Hicks June 8, 1968.

He was a mechanic for IPL where he retired in 2001 after 39 yrs of service.

Lloyd served in the United States Navy. He loved to line dance at 8 Seconds

(AKA) Little Bit of Texas where he made many friends.

He and Donna had 2 children; Tonya (Stacy) Cook, Thomas (Sheila) Hicks,

1 son-in-law; Jeff Cook, and a daughter-in-law; Stephanie Abner.

They were Blessed with  6 grandchildren; Amber (Adam) Capps, Kelly Cook,

David (Logan) Cook, Kacey Wagner, Katey (Phil) Hicks, Thomas Hicks Jr, and

12 great grandchildren; Eli, Aidan, Keith, Kaleb, Serenity, Kamryn, Kyleigh,

Ka’Mya, Ka’Mira, Parker, Aria, and Makenna, 2 sisters; Georgia Lee, Penny Jo,

brothers; Delbert (Marvin), James (Jim).

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Stella Hicks,

along with many aunts and uncles.

He will be Greatly missed by many.
