Mae J. Brown

Mae J. Brown left behind her earthly form on May 20, 2020 after 92 years. During that time she worked in the school system and as a daycare provider. Her favorite past time, however, was fishing. Anytime she was able, she could be found with a pole in hand and a loved one nearby. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris and Lillie Bell, her daughter, Marion Funderburg, and a granddaughter, Demetria Funderburg. She leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Eddie Dee Johnson, Dorris Hudson, who she raised, four grandchildren, many great grandchildren, as well as great great grands. Many other family members, friends, and her fur buddy Moxie will surely miss her warm and loving nature. She will be missed but never forgotten.
