Mark D. Neathery

Mark D. Neathery, 54, died unexpectedly November 11, 2016.He was born to Wildon and Lorine “June” Neathery on December 15, 1961 in Anderson, Indiana.

Mark cherished the times he went fishing with his dad on Dale Hollow Lake.

Mark is survived by his daughters, April (Steve) Neatheryand Julia Neathery of Burkesville, Kentucky; companion, Sherry Groce and her son, Christopher Garvey of Indianapolis; brothers, Danny (Linda) Neathery of Anderson and Roger (Teresa) Neathery; sisters, Ellen (James) Myers of Anderson,Margaret (Thomas) Bradshaw of Burkesville, Kentucky, and Georgianna Neatheryof Russell Springs, Kentucky;grandchildren, Makayla Neathery, Zoey Cage, Madison Kilmon, John David Kilmonof Burkesville, Kentucky; nieces, Lisa (Paul) Webb, Lesley (Denton) Brown, LoriBrown of Anderson, Nichole (Spencer) Andrews of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, TaraCoppler of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Kayla Neathery of Clearwater, Florida,and Carrie Johnson of Russell Springs, Kentucky; nephews, Joshua Neathery of Anderson, Scott (September) Brown of Anderson, Matthew (Lori) Wood of Burkesville,Kentucky, Michael (Missy) Neathery of Russell Springs, Kentucky, and Travis(Michelle) Spurlin of Anderson; several aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews,cousins, and his beloved cat, “Sissy.”

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Wildon and Lorine Neathery; mother of his children, Marsha Jones Neathery; brothers, Eddie Neathery and Otho Neathery; sisters, Kathy Neathery and Teresa Neathery; and grandparents,Zola and Veva Mason and Pascal and Cressie Neathery.

Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services assisted the family with arrangements.
