Mark Pyland

Mark D. Pyland, 46, of Anderson, went to be with Jesus on Monday May 9^th at his home with family. Mark was born on May 1, 1976, to Terry Pyland and Vermila Krieg.

Mark held several jobs over the years, but his main passion was carpentry, which he was a master at. Whether he was working on his own home, or doing it for others, he was truly skilled at what he did. Mark was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and bonfires with friends and family in his spare time. Marks most valued time was time spent with his two sons Elijah and Wyatt. He also couldn’t be found without his faithful dog Pepper.

Mark will be forever missed by his sons Elijah Pyland (Fiance Kaylee Dick), Wyatt Pyland (girlfriend Shaylynn Johnson, faithful dog Pepper, mother Vermila (Bruce) Krieg, father Terry Pyland, brothers Randy (Angel) Pyland, Eric (Erica) Pyland, Bruce (Alyssa) Krieg, sister Christi Krieg, and several nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents Chester and Lucille Pyland, Emil and Virginia Krieg, Kenneth and Ora Harp, and brother Brian Krieg.

Mark accepted Christ in his heart with help from Emily Pyland. He was truly proud to be a Christian.

Mark will also be especially missed by his best friend and hunting companion Shane Stinson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on Marks behalf to the NRA Foundation.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
