Mary Ella Maynard

Mary Ella Maynard, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 27, 2019. She was born on September 20, 1934 in Stanton, KY to the late Floyd and Nanny (Slemps) Faulkner.

Mary was a loving and caring Mom and Nanny. There wasn’t a single thing that she wouldn’t do for her family.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, mentioned above; Along with her husband, Jud Maynard; sons, Kevin Maynard and Jeff Maynard; daughter, Mona Maynard; sister, Betty Knox; and brother, Tim Faulkner.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Harkins; son-in-law, John Harkins; grandchildren, John Harkins, Jerry Harkins, Jeffery Harkins, Jacob Harkins, Jessica Starsiak, Danielle Woods, and Jeri Hesson; great grandchildren, Troy Harkins, Julie Harkins and Christina Rash; brothers, Alvin Faulkner and Jerry Faulkner; and niece, Lindy Davis.

Services will be at 1pm on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting 12pm until the start of the service. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
