Mary Jane Siaba

Mary Jane Siaba entered into eternal life on December 1,2021. She was surrounded by her daughter Dena Marie Siaba (Furgason) Youngblood and her husband Leo Donta Youngblood and Her son Michael Joseph Siaba Sr ( Susan Mabrey).

Mary Jane was affectionately known as Nonnie to many , which means Grandmother in Italian. Mary Jane’s  greatest joy was her grandchildren Bryanna Siaba, Skye-Lynn Alexis Furgason , Michael Joseph Siaba , Jr , Patrick Brian Furgason Jr and Isabella Siaba.  Grandchildren that preceded Nonnie in death were Faith, Hope and Willie Youngblood , Draven Wright and Heaven-Leigh Joy Youngblood. Step grandchildren included Shila Youngblood, Chaney Youngblood, Leo Youngblood II,Nehemiah (Youngblood) Burns, Jalen Youngblood and she was preceded in death by Se’Vion Youngblood just this past September.

Mary Jane adored her great grand babies:  Kealani Meleeah Siaba-Brogan, Kylar Kingston Siaba-Weist, Aybilene Jane Siaba.

Mary Jane was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to Michael and Ella Tarzia and lived until 1993 in Bayonne, NJ. She worked as a register nurse at Meadowlands Medical Center in Secaucus, NJ for many years in the maternal child health department

She graduated from Bayonne High School in 1968. While living in NJ she was an active parishioner at St Andrew’s Catholic Church. While living in Indiana she belonged to St Mary’s Anderson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 13. 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Anderson, 504 W. Ninth Street, Anderson with a Rosary Service to be held at 6:30 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1115 Pearl Street, Anderson, IN with visitation at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
