Mary Lou Thomas

Mary Lou Thomas, age 66, of Anderson, passed away on February 18, 2020. She was born on March 4, 1953 to Beryl Thomas and Ethel Shelton.

Mary would spend most of her time watching Nascar and cheering on the Colts. She loved to be outside mowing the yard and swimming. She was a wonderful sister, aunt, and friend and was always helping her neighbors when she could. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

Mary is survived by her twin sister Martha Noland, sisters Diane Taylor, Barbara Brewer, Brenda McKinney (Joe), and Judy Bahr (Dennis); special friends Lisa Rhea, Candy, and Roy and Mark Stephens; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in passing by her parents listed above; stepdad George Shelton; siblings Nancy Jenkins and Larry Thomas; niece and great-nephew Lorrie and Jessie; and nephew Tim.

A visitation will be held on Monday February 24, 2020 from 1-2pm with a funeral service beginning at 2pm. Burial will take place at Maplewood Cemetery.
