Nita J. Flowers

Nita Jan Flowers was born in Anderson, IN in 1945 at St. John’s hospital; to parents William C. Conley and Lena Marie (Marquand) Blueher. She was raised in Innisdale (Alexandria) with her sisters Billie Charlene Conley and Mary Frances (Conley) Coker, and best friends Nancy Garcia, Diana Reismiller, Debbie Little, Dawna Pratt, and Pam Rebuck. Nita remained friends all her life with these extraordinary friends whom were family to her. She lived her whole life in Madison County where she raised her loving children Matthew Lee Flowers, Monica Lynn Flowers Crews, and Michelle Jan (Flowers) Mathews. She is also survived by her loving grandsons, Michael Allen Flowers, Benjamin Charles Wright, and Adam Conley Johnson. Nita peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 27th in Anderson. She’ll forever be missed by her loved ones. At this moment, she’s most likely sharing a cold beer with her sister Billie and her Mom in heaven, while dancing with the stars.
