Norman Michael Woolard

Norman Michael “Mike” Woolard, age 69, of Anderson, passed away on June 14, 2019 at the Lutheran VA Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born on May 17, 1950 to Norman E. and Eva (Covert) Woolard.

Mike was always a positive person to be around. He would always lend a helping hand whenever he could. He was sensitive to the needs of others and never complained. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, camping, and playing jigsaw puzzles. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mike is survived by his mother Eva Woolard, children Daniel Woolard and Michael Woolard (Chastity); grandchildren Landon, Laci, Chelsea, Shawn, Miranda, Jared Paul, and Haley; brothers Brent Woolard and Bruce Woolard; sister Susan Keirns; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father Norman E. Woolard, and son Jared Woolard.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 22, 2019 at North Anderson Wesleyan Church, 1947 E 240 N Anderson, IN 46012 with visiting hours from 11-2pm and a funeral service beginning at 2pm. Pastor David Shafer will be officiating
