Pamela Sue Marion, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 18, 2019. She was born on July 13, 1953 in Indianapolis to the late Eugene and Joyce Bowman. After graduating from Ladywood-St. Agnes School in Indianapolis, she worked various places helping people, before retiring as a CNA with Marquette Manor. Pam was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
She loved to talk on the phone. She loved to find a good deal at Goodwill, and had a style all her own. You could always hear the stereo playing country music in her home, and sometimes even hear her on the radio itself – calling in and winning a contest. She loved Christmas so much that she would talk about it in July. On Saturdays and Sundays, she loved to root for her favorite football teams – ND and the Colts. She also loved animals, especially her dogs. But most of all she loved every last member of her family with all her heart, above all Elizabeth and Justin.
Pam is preceded in death by her parents, mentioned above; brother, Bill Bowman; brother-in-law, Eddie Box.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Stephens (William Stephens) and Justin Marion (Kyle Lewis); grandchildren, Milton, Courtney and Ashley Rexroat; great-grandchild, Alayna; siblings, Mary Box, Tim Bowman (Judy Bowman), Tom Bowman (Belinda Bowman), Bob Bowman, Patricia Rice, Eugene Bowman; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Catholic Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 4650 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a visitation starting at 10 a.m.
Pam’s final resting place will be at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery in Indianapolis.
