Phyllis Jean Vance

Phyllis Jean (Brown) Vance, 90, of Greenfield, passed away on May 15, 2019. She was born on November 2, 1928 in Rushville, IN. Phyllis graduated from New Salem High School, and worked for 30+ years as an office manager for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, retiring in 1991.

She is survived by her husband of 40+ years, Ralph Vance; daughter, Sharon Rees-Hoover (Kevin); grandchildren, Tracey Miranda, Tara Littlejohn, and Troy Littlejohn; great-granddaughter, Veronica Miranda; along with many cousins and extended family. Phyllis is preceded in death by her son, Paul Rees, and her late husband, Francis Rees.

Funeral services will be at 1pm on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting at 12pm until the start of the service.  Entombment to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
