Ralph E. Bowles

Ralph Bowles passed away February 18th at home with his loved ones by his side.

Ralph was a family man that was devoted to his daughters and grandchildren that called him Papa.  Cowboy at heart, he loved horses and John Wayne. Ralph traveled the country on 18 wheels, found every great diner and rest area worth stopping in. Often pointing out on road trips, he had delivered right down there. After a long career of OTR trucking, Ralph retired from Teamsters Local 135. He was cherished by many in his last years, known for his sense of humor and love for chocolate. Everyone that knew him said he would brighten their day, he makes me laugh.

He is preceded in death by parents Ernest & BurnaDean Bowles and wife Sandra Bowles.

Survived by Daughters Julie (Michael Coe) Moon, Betsy (Denny) Keithley. Siblings Robert (Debbie) Bowles, Vicki (Eddie) Stewart. Grandchildren Jonny(Ebony) Moon, Jessica Moon, Jennafer Moon, Kassie Dorsey, Miracle Dust, and Andrew Coe and Joanna Coe; Great grandchildren Isobel Bridges, Cydel Bell; Celebration of life on Saturday Feb 27th at Fortville Nazarene Church 11-1pm.
