Reginald Duane Cullum (Reggie) 85; of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away peacefully on February 20, 2022. Reggie was born in Doniphan, Missouri on November 23, 1936 to Bertha M. Cullum and Vonda Cullum. Reggie is survived by daughter Marcia Lloyd (Mark), cousin Charles Stanley (Madonna) and many grandchildren.
Reggie spent most of his adult life in Indianapolis where he was a lifelong member of the Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons Union beginning work as an apprentice plasterer in 1956. Reggie worked on many high profile projects both locally and throughout the country. He received acclaim for his mastery of intricate plaster work that made headlines with the renovation of the Murat Theater project in 1996.
He loved fishing, studying history and was a fan of Elvis. Reggie was independent, living in and maintaining his home until his passing. Reggie was well loved by family and friends.
