Reverend Carl W. Agee Sr. “Dad”

Carl Wayne Agee, age 92, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 10, 2017. He was born September 27, 1925 in Springfield, Missouri to Homer Agee and Margaret Stennett Agee.
He moved to Indianapolis after marrying his beautiful wife, Margie, and worked at Eli Lilly until he retired in 1988. He was a WW2 Army Veteran. He was the oldest boy of 11 children. He loved fishing, being in the great outdoors, singing, preaching, writing, playing his guitar and spending time with this family. He was an evangelist and pastor for many years of his life. He loved God, Family, and Country.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Margaret Agee, his wife of 43+ years, Margie Eileen Agee, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his children; son, Carl Agee Jr. and wife, Brenda; daughter, Linda Fletcher and husband, Tom; son, Mark Agee and wife, Marcella; son, Tim Agee and wife, Deena; and daughter, Candy Agee.
Carl was blessed with 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Services will be at 12pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
