Richard James Franklin

Richard J. Franklin, 88, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 1, 2020.  Richard was born in Indianapolis, on February 13, 1932 to the late Alfred Lee Franklin and Elizabeth M. Taylor.  He is survived by his sister Elizabeth M. Eviston and host of nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother David Lee Franklin and sister Betty Franklin.  Richard retied from Crown Hill Cemetery.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.  Richard will be placed to rest where he had spent a great deal of time and knew so much of the history, Crown Hill Cemetery.  Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis assisted the family with arrangements.
