Robert "Bob" Ingram Sr.

Bob and Peg were married for 57 years and were childhood sweethearts from the time Peg was 13. He was preceded in death by his siblings George, Harry, Viola, Dot, and Patty. Still living are Don, Joanne, and Jerry. Survivors include Wife Peg, children Rob(Christy), Stacy(Jon) and Amanda(Matt). Grandchildren Brittiany, Holly, Joshua, Alexis, Alex, Kirsten, Kurtis, Kayden, Lyla and Emma. Great grandchildren Abi, Audrianna, Amiah, Aaliyah-Noelle, and Jaxon. 

Bob was a printing pressman at Cornelius Printing for 34 years where he got the nickname “Inky”.  We can all only imagine where that came from knowing Bob.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter.  Fishing was by far his favorite thing to do along with tinkering around with things in his garage.  He loved and grouched about many things in life but family was by far his favorite alongside the love of his life Peg.  His relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was number One in life.  Anyone who knows Bob would agree that he was one of the most selfless caring and genuine people you could ever meet.  He had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back for anyone.  Bob will truly be missed by many people friends and family.  Rest and Dance heavenly!

Funeral Services will be at 1pm on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation starting at 11am until the time of service.  Entombment to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
