63, of Lawrence, passed away on May 31,2017. He was born on February 9, 1954 inJamestown, TN to the late Cordell and Willidean Clayburn Koger.

Robert is survived by his: wife, Sharon Kernodle Koger; son,Justin (Nikki); and grandchildren, Mason and Anna; extended children, Sheri(Dusan) Naumovic and grandson, Nicholas; Maurice (Randi) Niblett and grandsons,Cody and Tyler; brother, J.R. (Teri) Koger; sisters, Diana “Sis” (Russ)Coulter, Sheila (Dean) Walter, and youngest sister Margaret; brother-in-law,Walter (Sylvia) Kernodle; sisters-in-law, Arleen (Bill) Hurlock, Bertha (Bill)Wilson, Debbie Kernodle, Susan (Peter) Case, and Penny Kernodle; uncles, Jerry(Carolyn) Clayburn, Mervin (Theresa) Clayburn; and aunts Freda (Larry) Norenberg and Nellie (Joey) Perkins; along with numerous and most loving nieces, nephews,grand-nieces and grand-nephews; and also many, many loving and caring friends,including many past and present co-workers. Robert never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cordell and Willidean Clayburn Koger.

OUR Robert D. Koger will have a service at 3pm on Saturday, June 10th in Indianapolis, Indiana atLegacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue 46226, with visitation from 1pm until the time of service. If you are able to attend, I would love seeing you then. If you can't be there then ...I intend on having a memorial service in Hoopeston, Illinois during summer. Time and day will be announced at a later date. All my love, Sharon
