Robert Eugene Lessig

Robert “Bob” Eugene Lessig, 60, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 1, 2018. Bob was born on January 13, 1958 in Indianapolis to William E. Lessig and Nancy E. Downs.  Bob had a very strong work ethic, he worked as a brick mason and was known for being able to complete challenging projects.  Bob enjoyed playing poker and euchre, watching football, and relaxing outside with friends and family.

He leaves behind his sons, John Lessig (Carli) and Jordan Lessig; grandchildren, Ethan, Lily, Ava, Emma, Sophia; mother, Nancy Downs; siblings, Teresa Johnston, Marsha Longardner, Susan Lessig, Jim Tate (Regina), Donna Cline (Tim); 1 niece, and 4 nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Lessig.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 12:00-2:00pm on Saturday, November 10, 2018 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46226.
