Robert James "Lil Uggs" Ballard, Jr

Robert James Ballard Jr, A.K.A. “Lil Uggs” 31, of Indianapolis, entered into Heaven on June 4, 2021.  He was born in Indianapolis, on September 28, 1989.  Robert will be missed by many.  Left to cherish his memory include his mother, Peggy Stewart and step-father John Battles, father Robert James Ballard Sr. sister, Amber Ballard, brother Donald Ballard, grandmother Clair Ballard, and grandfather Stephen Ballard there are also 5 nieces and nephews and a host of other family members.  Service for Robert will be on Wednesday June 16, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Indianapolis with visitation from 2:00 p.m. until service time
