Robert Lee Campbell

73, Born and raised in the Rhodius Park area and a life long resident of Indianapolis passed on Saturday, February 13th, 2021. Bob attended George Washington High School, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Bob is survived by his loving children Brad (Lora) Campbell, Rob (Sandy) Campbell, Kelley (Pat) Shoaf, Karen (Kevin) Waggoner, Jimmy (Dawn) Ewing.

Also his beloved beautiful grandchildren Addison, Audrey, Emery, Everly, Brandon, Grant, Gunnar, Clay, Kaley, Crystal, Justin,  Stacy, Zach and precious great grandchildren Courtney, Blake, Leighton, Aaron, River and Roan.

Preceded in death by the love of his life Barbara Jean (Pointer) Campbell who were married 37 years, his parents Forest  and Golda ( Hank & Mickey) Campbell and sister Sandra (Harold) Bannister .

Bob was employed by GM Stamping Plant for 30+ years and an established member of Local UAW 23 membership.

Bob loved and enjoyed his pup Roscoe, IU football and basketball, Indianapolis Colts football, bowling, the casino, horse racing, redheads and anyone he could give a compliment to and make smile. He truly enjoyed his life and did it HIS WAY.

Arrangements are being handled by Legacy Funeral Home, 1604 W Morris Street, Indianapolis, IN on  Friday February 19, 2021 from 10am to Noon.  Family time will begin at 9:30am  on Friday.  Bob will be entombed at West Ridge Park Cemetery at 21st Street and Raceway Road following services.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in the Campbell name to the American Cancer Society.

Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services do require that guest wear a mask to attend services.
