Ryan Keith Freeman

Ryan Keith Freeman, age 46, of Muncie, passed away on February 24, 2021 at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born on April 14, 1974 to Steve and Cheryl Freeman.

Ryan was a graduate of Wapahani High School, class of 1993. He had a huge heart. He was a handyman who never said no when someone needed help. He loved bowling, fishing, watching sports, especially Hoosier basketball. He loved to spend time working on his dads 1947 Ford (Henry). He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his parents Steve and Cheryl Freeman of Muncie, IN; Brad (Sheila) Freeman of Rocky Point, NC; Stephanie (Joe) Wilson of Muncie, IN; Aubrey (Josh) Koons of Albany, IN; Aunt Joanie Freeman of Jacksonville, FL; Aunt and Uncle Leon and Joy Whiteman of Monticello, KY; Aunt Jackie Gillette of Peralta, NM; nieces and nephews JT, Tanner, Taylor, Blair of North Carolina, Branson, Meriah, and Lincoln of Indiana; Best friends Matt, Leah, Joyce Duke.

Ryan is preceded in death by his grandparents Dortha and Keith Whiteman, Marge Brewer, and Dick Green; Uncle Mike Freeman, and his dog Ace.

A special thanks to all the Cancer Center Hospice Staff at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Cremation services were handled by Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.

There will be no services held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
