Sally Jane Wells

Sally Jane (Clark) Wells passed away at 4:06pm at Community Hospital in Anderson following an extended illness.

She was born February 4, 1939 in Richmond, Indiana to Charles Clark and Martha (Wallace) Clark Brown. She graduated from Richmond High School. She was retired from Madison County Federal Credit Union in 2002. She was previously employed by a local attorney, Merle Norman Cosmetics at Mounds Mall, CIPM, and several years for Dr. Wessar.

Survivors include: Husband Gary Wells of Anderson; daughter Kari (Robert) Smundin of Wheatfield; sons Tim (Kathy) Reddington of Pendleton; James (Cindy) Reddington of Pendleton: Rick Reddington of Pendleton; step-sons Gary Wells of Anderson; Brian (Tina) Wells of Bourbonais, IL; step-daughters Amy (Sonny) Kidd of Kansas; Susan Neely and Teresa Wells of Anderson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; and brothers Thomas Clark and Charles Clark.

Sally’s family would like to thank the staff and chaplain at Community Hospital who helped ease her suffering in her last days.

A visitation will be held on Thursday December 17, 2020 from 11-12pm with a funeral service beginning at 12pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Brad Storm will be officiating.
