Sebastian Breanna Eubank

July 2, 1993 – February 27, 2022

Sebastian was born Breanna Lee Eubank on July 2, 1993, to Richard Kenneth Eubank and Tammy Sue Stone (Eubank, Atwood) Her battle with Cystic Fibrosis ended on February 27, 2022.

Sebastian was born in Decatur, IL. She attended Deland-Weldon Elementary School until 4th grade; and Argenta-Oreana Middle School until 8th grade. She attended all four years at Brownstown High School in Brownstown, IN.

Even with all the challenges her disease gave her, she managed to complete her Associates Degree from Ivy Tech Community College. She was always trying to find ways to work and earn money despite her limitations. She was a published author, website creator, social media guru, and an entrepreneur. She was dynamite wrapped in a small package. Always positive, energetic, and supportive of everyone she knew.

She loved to sing and act and was in several plays in High School. She loved to do karaoke, and even being on oxygen didn’t hinder her love of singing!

She was an amazing woman. She touched the hearts of everyone she met and was an inspiration to all of us. She never gave up, and never gave in – it just wasn’t in her nature. She always set goals and challenged herself to meet them. She was determined not to let her disease define her. Her drive and determination never wavered. She loved with her whole heart, and was compassionate, vibrant, attentive to others’ needs, empathetic, and unapologetically herself in everything she did.

She was preceded in death by her brother Josh McIntyre; paternal great-grandparents Elwin and Mae Ellen (Brown) Eubank and Uncle Jerry Eubank; maternal grandfather Floyd Stone, great-grandmother Madge (Stone) Jones, great-grandparents Bill and Rose Dick, and her Aunt Tina and Uncle Mark Tomlovich.

She is survived by her parents Richard Eubank and Tammy Stone, and brother Jordan Atwood; Significant Other Joe Mullica and her children Harmony and Fenix Mullica; maternal grandparents Phyllis (Dick) and Larry Atwood, Aunts Betti Atwood and Sheila Stone; paternal grandparents Larry and Sherry (Chaney) Eubank, Uncle Ron (Cyndi) Eubank, and Uncle Rob (Brenda) Eubank; and many, many cousins.

She is also survived by her extended family: Brothers Brad Boyd and Matt McIntyre, Sisters Leah Day and Paige Van Vleet; and Best Friends Andrew Tuttle, Amber and Orion Blackmoon.

There are hundreds of other significant friends that I can’t list but want them to know how much I appreciate them being a part of her life.

Until we meet again, my love!  –  Mom
