Serina Willoughby, 45, Indianapolis, passed away March 13, 2016 in her home. She was born January 19, 1971 in Hyden Kentucky to the late Daniel and Ruth Duncan. She is survived by her; husband George W. Willoughby, Jr. and children; Charles Barrett, Danielle Perkins, Carlos Hall and Tasha Myers. 10 Grandchildren, 5 Sisters; Regina Griffith, Paula Collins, Chelsie Zepeda, Anna Gail Collins and Medina Leary. 5 Brothers, 3 Special Nieces; Ashley Oliva, Marselina Solano and Adriana Zepeda. Nephew Jonathan Griffith and a Special Friend; Maria Solano.

Funeral Services: 3:00pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 with visitation 1 hour prior to service at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services-Morris Street.
