Shelly A. Mcredmond

Shelly A. McRedmond, 51, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 28, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on August 12, 1969 in Santa Barbara, CA . Shelly attended Ventura High School. She was an animal lover and leaves behind her faithful loving Taz.

Shelly was the life of the party, and she would light up the room with her singing and dancing. She had a long time passion for horses and loved to ride when she could. She also enjoyed retail therapy. She loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Maternal grandparents, George and Beverly Williams, Paternal Grandparent, Howard Gossman Her Dad Brian Steves, and several aunts and uncles.

Shelly is survived by her children son, Brian McRedmond and his son Braxton, Daughter Felisha Taylor and Husband Ryan and their children Brooklyn, Hannah, and Colton, Son Luke McRedmond and his sons Conner and Kaiden and Son Christopher McRedmond ; mother, Brenda Gossman; father, Thomas Gossman; siblings, Shanandoah McRedmond and her husband Ambros and their children Dathan, Nicole and Samantha, Shane Thomas and her husband Jeff her son Bradley and his daughter Whitney, Michelle Kotlarz and her husband Paul and their daughter Tiffani and Tiffani’s Son Noah, Laura Giddings and her husband Jeremy and their children Matthew, Kaitlyn and Aiden, Joe Wyand III and his daughter Madison.; Grandmother Opal Gossman and long-time partner, Ron Blunt. And Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Visitation will be from 11:30am to 12:30pm on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with a service to start at 12:30pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.
