Shirley A. Scales

Shirley A. Scales, 84, Sheridan, passed away at her residence on January 7, 2021.  Shirley was born on August 24, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Ramona Mae and Laurel Milton Drollinger.  Shirley was a homemaker and loving mother.  She enjoyed spending time with children and grandchildren to whom referred to her affectionately as “Mums”.  Shirley is survived by her sister Karen York, children, Donald Scales, Bethany Thurman, Sean Scales, Ramona Rose Hayes, Laurel “Guy” Scales, Lisa Sikken, Michelle Gist, Amy Williams and 32 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Scales, her children, Daniel, Angie, and Martene Scales, grandchildren, Joshua Scales, Nicole Milam, and Amber Scales.
