Steven E. Lisby Sr., father, grandfather, beloved babysitter and second father to his grandchildren and great grandchildren, passed away on January 9th, 2025.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Gerry, his brothers, Bill and Bruce, and his grandson, Gavin.
He is survived by his two sons, Steve (Mary) Lisby Jr., and Joseph Lisby, and by his daughter, Autumn Lisby. His grandchildren are also left to cherish his memory: Andrea, Damian, Elizabeth, Ashley, Gabriel, Rufino, and Miguel. His great grandchildren will also miss their great-grandfather, and they include Nicole, Bethany, Noah, Rose, Salem, and soon to come, Devon. Steve will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, as well.
Steve's wisdom and knowledge was appreciated by all who were blessed to have received it. We know that his teachings will surely always be remembered and passed along to our future generations.
Services for Steven Lisby, Sr. will be held at Legacy Funeral Home located at 1604 W. Morris St. Indianapolis IN, 46221. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to his memorial fund.
