Susan Jane Morgan

Susan Jane Morgan, age 90, of Anderson, passed away on March 21, 2022, at her home. She was born on July 20, 1931, to the late Allen Benedum and Ione Benedum.

Susan is survived by her children Jill Lindsay Russell and Iona Jefferson; grandchildren David Hall (Melissa), Spence Hall (Jackie), Breanna Wallace, and Christion Lauderbaugh (Dillon); great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Frank, Skyler, Atlas, Ember, Rilynn, Braydon, Trace, Serenity, Athena, and Kaylynn; sister-in-law Romona Benedum and niece Etta Barlow.

She is preceded in death by her parents listed above, son David Lindsay, siblings John Benedum, Margaret Finley, Ethel Woodberry, Gene Benedum, Frances Benedum, Charles Benedum.

Susan was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to all of the people in her life. She was a trend setter in everything that she did and wasn’t afraid to be herself. She was a hard worker and always supported her family no matter what. She loved to frequent antique flea markets and rummage sales. She loved to collect dolls. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cremation was chosen through Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
