Tammy Marie Frenzel, age 49, of Hope, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2023. She was born on August 11, 1973, to the late Ray and Tina Long.
Tammy worked as a waitress at Texas Road House for many years, and loved to see and meet new people while working. She was a true giver, always making sure everyone was taken care of. She had the biggest heart and the brightest laugh. She was spontaneous, always up for an adventure. Tammy’s proudest moments in life were when she overcame addiction and took her life back. She would announce to everyone she met who if she can do it, then so could they. Tammy loved her nieces and nephews greatly. She enjoyed crafting and attending concerts whenever she could. Her favorite thing to say was “Faith over Fear” and she absolutely loved sunflowers and pigs. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Tammy is survived by her sisters Susan Lofton (Chekeo) and Amber House (Thomas); stepchildren Kayllen Frenzel and R.J. Frenzel; nieces and nephews Braydon Lofton (Tessa), Hazelyn Lofton, Janice Hobbs, Shane Hobbs (Erin), Darrian House (Dezzy), Jasmine Hobbs (Alex), and Jacob House; great-niece Zara Moore; uncle Orie Parkhurst; uncle Mark Parkhurst; uncle Mike Parkhurst (Becke); and Aunt Lori Covington; and many special friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; son Thomas Frenzel; and Aunt Louise Baldwin.
A visitation will be held on Friday July 14, 2023, from 12-2pm with a funeral service beginning at 2pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
