Ted Hunter

On January 8, 2021, Ted Allen Hunter, 61 of Anderson, IN lost his battle with cancer. Ted was born in Tipton, IN on August 30, 1959 to Wayne and Rosalie (Nightenhelser) Hunter.

Ted was a retired truck driver who enjoyed being on the road and sharing his experiences. He was a simple man who enjoyed the little things in life. His dream was to live in a cabin away from the city in Wyoming. He enjoyed watching movies in his free time and drinking coffee at The Bulldog while catching up with friends. He loved to tell jokes and share stories.

Ted met his wife, RoseMary (Dunn) in 1980. They raised three children together, Lonnie Fear, Rebecca Hunter and Cliffton Hunter. He was blessed with two grandchildren over the years and enjoyed sharing pictures of his children and grandchildren.

Ted was preceded in death by his mother, Rosalie.

Ted is survived by his wife, RoseMary; children, Lonnie, Rebecca and Cliffton; two grandchildren, Ireland Fear and Elijah Fear; father and stepmother, Wayne and Donna Hunter; siblings, Bev Poindexter, Bec Barnett, Jerry Hunter, Cindy Cooper and Brian Hunter plus many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
