Velvia Lynn Sarvis Randolph, age 58, passed away at her home on April 1, 2021. She was born on July 26, 1962 to the late Wayne Levere Sarvis Sr. and Phyllis Irene (Modlin) Sarvis.
Velvia graduated in 1981 from Madison Heights High School and was a proud pirate. She loved to spend time supporting her husband Bobby’s band “Southern Breeze.” She would be dancing and singing all night long. Her favorite things were spending time with her grandkids, drinking mountain dew, tanning, watching the colts play, and being outdoors. Her favorite character was Tweety Bird and she even had that as her only tattoo. She was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Velvia is survived by her husband Bobby Randolph of 30 years; children Frankie Robinson (Leanne) and Christopher Robinson (Des); grandchildren Courtney, Autumn, Aubree, Mikal, Yavonne, Clara Robinson, and Josh Parke; siblings Wayne “Hinky” Sarvis Jr., Terry Sarvis Sr., Rita Robinson (Francis), Karla Sarvis, Julie “JuneBug” Allison; brother-in-law Al Robbins; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; and siblings Donna Robbins, Wayne Sarvis III, Dennis Sarvis, Richard Sarvis; and sister-in-law Carlotta Sarvis.
A visitation will be held on Friday April 9, 2021 from 3 to 4 with a funeral service beginning at 4 at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
