56, of Loogootee,Indiana, passed away on December 19, 2016. She was born on June 11, 1960 in Indianapolis, IN to Herman and BonnieHendricks.

Vivian was one ofeight children, five of which were boys. She was definitely the girly girl of the group, but could definitelyhold her own when she needed to. Vivianwas a free spirit who loved to gamble on the slot machines and watch the Coltsplay football. She would faithfullywatch Joel Olsteen every Sunday and loved Christmas time.

She is survived byher: son, Chad (Melissa) Forbes; mother, Bonnie Hendricks; siblings, MikeHendricks of Florida, Trina Burnett of Fairland, IN, David Hendricks ofIndianapolis, Robert Hendricks of Vermont, and Angie Hendricks of Loogootee,IN; along with her best friends, Jan Hendricks and Cyndy Hill; and many niecesand nephews. Vivian is preceded in deathby her: father, Herman Hendricks; and brothers, Ronnie Hendricks and BruceHendricks.

Funeral service will be 4pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 atLegacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue,with visitation from 3pm until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions can be made to Vivian’s son, Chad, to help with thefuneral expenses.
