Wanda G. Castelow

Wanda G. Castelow 66, of Indianapolis, Indiana was called to her heavenly home June 17, 2019.  She was born on March 26, 1953 to Maydell and Marybell Castelow in Springfield, TN.  Growing up in Springfield Wanda met Larry Russell when they were in their late-teen years and they fell in love.  Together they were each others true love. Even though there was a time when they were not together, they remained in each others hearts.  Only to be reunited once again, sharing these last 15 yrs together.

Wanda loved to sing since she was a young girl.  Larry fondly remembers, he played to guitar and wanda would sing. She had the voice of an angel. Wanda enjoyed going to church. She attended a church that was close to her home. She found comfort there. She truly enjoyed going and sing worship music. While attending church Wanda gave her life fully back over to God, and was baptized.

Left to cherish her memory is her true love Larry Russell, Daughter: Juanita Adale Haney, Step-Daughter: Amber Russell, Grandchildren: Bobbi, Mariah, Maranda, Morgan, Caitlin, and Sebastian, 5 Great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  Wanda was proceeded in death by her only son Larry Wayne Russell, Jr. and her beloved Fur baby Cowboy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 11am until 2pm. Funeral service will be at 2pm same location.
