William "Bill" Logue, 63, of Indianapolis, ascended to the stars on March 19, 2024. Bill was born in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Bill and Ruby Logue.
Bill was a carpenter and loved to do woodworking projects. He was also an accomplished chess player who was in pursuit of becoming a Grand Master at chess. However, chess was not the only game that Bill enjoyed playing, In the last few years he gained quite a few friends playing Battle Tanks. His family and friends knew Bill as having a very quick wit who never missed an opportunity to crack a joke and make people smile and laugh. One of Bill's interests was in outer space, and as his daughter stated, "He had a love for space that was out of this world!"
Bill is survived by his daughter, Monica (James) Mullins; his son, Josh (Sarah) McCorkle; his grandchildren: Andrew, Gracie, Lilly, Chloe, Josie, Korben, and Kelce. Others left to cherish Bill's memory are his sisters, Pamela Smith and Melissa (Jeff) Christner; as well as two nieces and two nephews. Tonya Hobdy, the mother of his children, also survives.
Services for Bill Logue will be held at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 1604 W. Morris St., Indianapolis, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. There will be a visitation for family and friends from 2 - 4PM, and a funeral service will immediately follow.
