Wilma J. (Foster) Weiss

Wilma “Joyce” Foster Weiss was born on July 1, 1941 to Charles and Christine Foster.  Joyce was one of six children. She is survived by her brother Ronnie Foster and sister Denny Hall.  Brothers John, Pete and Robert Foster all preceded her in death.

Joyce was the mother of six children.  Wilma Rader, Kimberla Uhls, Marc Chance, Brent Chance and Jana Chance.  She has 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Joyce was an employee of RCA Records and Community East Hospital.  Joyce was a lifelong member of the Church Of Christ.

Joyce was a very giving and caring person.  She will be missed dearly here on earth, but we rejoice for she is now in the presence of her heavenly Father.
