Zachary Gipson

Zachary Alan Gipson, age 39, of Anderson, IN, passed away on December 6th, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Zachary was known for his hardworking nature, deep commitment to his family, and his boundless talents. 

Zach was a man of many skills and passions. A true master of all trades, he could build a house from the ground up, fix a car with nothing more than research and determination, and tackle nearly any task that came his way. Whether it was working as an electrician, plumber, engineer, or builder, Zach’s meticulous attention to detail and ability to get things done right earned him the admiration of all who knew him. His skills also extended to landscaping, cooking, grilling, gardening. Whatever you needed done Zach was the person to call. 

But beyond his many talents, Zach was deeply family oriented. He took pride in caring for his loved ones, especially his mother, Cynthia Kaelber. He cherished spending time with all of his loved ones. He is survived by his mother Cynthia, Father William Gipson, daughter Peyton, life partner Jenna, and his 7 siblings (4 brothers and 3 sisters), William, Tasha, Dominique, Isaiah, Tesla, Lucas, Jacob. He was always there to lend a hand or offer guidance. Zach’s sense of humor, intelligence, and compassion will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Therese and his daughter Zy’Onna. 

Zachary Alan, as his mother would often call him, loved the outdoors. He found peace in nature and could often be found near water, whether fishing or canoeing. He loved to travel and dine with small businesses. Zach loved to get breakfast no matter what time it was, and he really enjoyed the small mom & pop or “hole in the wall” restaurants. He believed in supporting small businesses because it meant he was helping real people with real lives just like us. 

His presence will always be remembered by all who knew him. His legacy of determination, kindness, and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
